On a 6-month trip throughout the eastern hemisphere, joined by his now-wife, founder Russ Williams was particularly inspired by Mount Aspiring National Park in the south island of New Zealand. He returned home to Denver, CO with a renewed sense of purpose: a business that helps others thrive.

Russ Williams, CFA
After graduating with a BS in Finance and Real Estate and launching his career at a boutique wealth management firm, Russ found his principal purpose while managing a valuation firm in the Rocky Mountain region. He took on all strategic growth initiatives and, under his leadership, the firm experienced 100%+ growth in revenue, earnings and team count.
Following the mountain-found mantra to help others, Russ maintains an active presence in the Denver non-profit community, helping charitable organizations lead from the front while optimizing fundraising and operations. He is a former member of Denver Active 20-30, and maintains a standing with Social Venture Partners Denver. Russ is a hard worker at heart and admittedly spends entirely too much time in the office, but loves to find time for fly fishing or backcountry snowboarding.
